1.自我介紹（self-introduce）

Good morning，my dear teachers，my dear professors. I am very glad to be here for your interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is You HengBo. I was born in Shandong linqing in 1984, a small city which is in the northwest of Shandong province. I graduated from North China Electric Power University and get the bachelor degree, with the major of Finance in 2007. I was diligent in university and my grades were among the tops. In fact, I was awarded
scholarships for 3 times during the (four) years of university life.

After my graduation, I joined China Galaxy Securities in May ,2007, which is one of the top Security company in China. My position is Securities trader, and My job is to open a security account and Maintenance of customer.

In Feburary ,2008, for some reasons, I changed my job to another company, ZMAY Holdings limited company, which is an Investment company in Beijing. My responsibility is to Search for project, negotiate, Draft agreement and maintain follow-up relations.

In Feburary ,2009, I joined Datang Telecom Technology Industry Holdings Limited corporation. From then to now,I have been in DaTang as a investment manager. My responsibility is to Investment management。（such as Investment work and Investment approval ）。

2.第一次跳槽及第二次跳槽的原因

The reason that I changed my job from China Galaxy Securities to ZMAY Holdings limited company is that I don,t like Securities work .My deal job is Industrial investment.

The reason that I changed my job from ZMAY Holdings limited company to Datang corporation is that By the financial crisis has seriously affected ZMAY business, The company went bankrupt.

3.考MBA原因（reasons for my choice）

There are several reasons.

I have been deeply impressed by the academic [,ækə'dɛmɪk] atmosphere

['ætməs,fɪr] of BeiHang university. In my opinion，as one of the most famous polytechnic university in our country，it provides people with enough room to get further enrichment. This is the first reason.

The second one is I learnt a lot from my present job during the past three years. However，I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value. Life is

precious. It is necessary to seize any chance for self-development，especially in this competitive modern world.

In a word，I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after two years study here.

4.MBA期間你的計劃（plans in the postgraduate study）

First，I hope I can form systematic view of management,. constructing a solid base for my future work.

Second，I would like to do some practical work with the help of the supervisor and classmate. And through this，I can get something that cannot be acquired from the present company.

5.What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?

I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also.

6.介紹你的家鄉（about hometown）

I am from Shandong linqing , a small city which is in the northwest of Shandong province. Because of adjacenting to Beijing Hangzhou the Grande CanaleI ,It was famous in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Many celebrities were born here，for instance，ji xian lin，zhang zi zhong and so on. I like my hometown very much.

7.你的家庭（about family）

There are six members in my family；My grandmother, My parents，my wife and my brother. My parents are farmers,my brother is Excavator ['ɛkskə,vetɚ] driver,my wife works in hisense. During my preparing for coming here，my family's and support have always been my power. And I hope in future I will be able to repay them.

8. 你的長處和短處是什么？

Your own strengths:

I’m a fast learner: I learn things very fast, and I can adapt to new environment in a short time;I have good analytical and problem solving skills, which will help me a lot during my MBA;I have a potential of management and leadership, which was demonstrated and recognized in my company, but I still want to get it improved systematically in beihang University.

Your own weaknesses:

I am a very dedicated person,so I won't stop until a job is well done.

9.自己是什么樣的性格的人？

I am a sunny and optimistic boy. And I am good at communicating with others.I

like to think , I have good analytical and problem solving skills.

10.做為管理者應具備哪些素質？

As managers,they should have the following qualities: Strategic thinking,Effective communication、Good interpersonal relationship and put the right people in the right position.

11．What is the most important qualification that a MBA student should have?

I think , MBA students should have the following qualities: work experience, Strong learning ability,Strategic thinking and Effective communication.

12.What“s your opinion about the requirement that a MBA student must have working experience?

Only certain work experience, we can discover our lack of management. Then, In the study, we can have a clear goal.

13.How do you define marketing or management?

Marketing is a fundamental of business survival. Management is effective to manage the market, to help corporate profits. 14.Do you think English is quite important in MBA study? Why?

Yes.Because MBA projects have been far more developed in US and European countries than in China, an English proficiency will definitely be of a great help to the understanding and learning of advanced theories and practices in business administration.

15.Do you think MBA training courses will help you a lot in your future life? Why?

Yes。First，I can form systematic view of management,. constructing a solid base for my future work.

Second，I can do some practical work with the help of the supervisor and classmate. And through this，I can get something that cannot be acquired from the present company.

16.What do you want to do after your MBA study?

I will make full use of the advanced experience,and use it in work . I will Help company to do a good job of effective management.

17.Say a little about teamwork.

Nowadays, teamwork becomes more and more important in all aspects. Everybody has his or her strong points and weak points. Few people can accomplish their task without the help and cooperation of others. By cooperation and teamwork,each individual can choose the task which he is most capable. So teamwork enables everyone to contribute the most to the team. The team therefore becomes

stronger and stronger.

18.Say a little about management.

I think ，Management should include the following factors：Effective communication、Good interpersonal relationship and put the right people in the right position.

19.How communication works in organizations?

First of all，Communication can discover and resolve the conflict；Secondly, Communication can play a synergistic effect；moreover，Communication can play a supervisory role。

20.Tell me the relationship between the management and management theory. The two are complementary to each other。Management can be improved through theory。Management theory can be summed up through the management practice。

21. 在空余時間有什么愛好？

There are a lot of things that I do in my free time. As people say, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, and I perfectly understand the importance of relaxation after work.

I like sports very much and football is my biggest favorite. It’s always great to get together with my mates on weekends, and keep running around the ground for a few hours. It makes me physically stronger and totally refreshed.

22. 過去工作中最大的成就是什么？

Talking about the biggest achievement, I think it was Non-public offering of stock items of gao hong corporation in 2009, when I was the Investment management supervisor in datang . Gao hong corporation needed to Financing capital from market，my responsible was to operate the project.The job was well done, and Gao hong corporation obtained 480 million yuan。

23. 你的上司和同事如何評價你？

I guess my boss would say about me like this: “ He is a good guy, He worked very hard and his work performance was always good. He always fulfilled the objectives efficiently and he had made great contribution to the growth of our company. His teamwork ability was perfect, and he knew how to cooperate with others to get job done.

As to my mates, I think we have good relations both in the office and after work. To them, I’m an amicable friend to get along with, a humorous person to talk with.
